Remote Support

As well as offering regular phone support to all our clients, if needed, you can connect to a PhoenixAI support person over the internet and give them access to your computer. The result is an experience on par with someone sitting right next to you fixing a problem for you. To set up a remote support connection with a PhoenixAI staff member, follow these instructions:

1. Call the PhoenixAI support desk and have one of our friendly staff on the phone.

2. Click the link below and save it to your local computer. For easy navigation, saving to your desktop is recommended.

3. Run the software by double-clicking the downloaded PhoenixRemoteSupport.exe.

4. Within seconds one of our support people will have access to your computer and be able to navigate PhoenixAI on your computer as if they were sitting right next to you.

Remember: You must have a PhoenixAI support person on the phone when you run the program.
